Is a 13 gallon mushroom top copper pot still good for essential oils?
Yes. It's ready for essential oils as well as whiskey, rum, vodka, brandy and moonshine. Steam carries aromatic compounds out of the plant material, the condenser cools them, and the oil separates from the water in your collection vessel. It's a good first experiment. Owning the still is legal in the US, but making spirits requires federal TTB permits.
