A broad, domed mushroom cap sits on top of a 100% copper pot, and the whole piece looks as good on a shelf as it works on the heat. Use it for whiskey, rum, vodka, brandy, moonshine, essential oils and more.

Is a 4 gallon copper pot still big enough?

For learning and experimenting, yes. A compact pot lets you run often, compare results and fine-tune your process without committing to huge batches. Each run is a short, focused trial, and you'll learn fast because you can repeat it.

• Comes with the copper pot, mushroom-top cap, swan neck, and a condenser with thermometer port.
• Welded unions are sealed with lead-free tin-silver solder, and the still itself is 100% copper.
• A good fit for distilling herbs and flowers into essential oils, where small batches make sense.
• After each run, rinse while it's still warm, let it dry completely and store it with the cap off so moisture can escape.

Change one thing per run, like the heat, the ingredients or where you make your cut, and you'll quickly see how much of the result is in your hands. The still is backed by our 2-year warranty. Owning a still is legal in the US, and it also works for distilled water and fuel alcohol, but making spirits requires federal permits from the TTB.
