It's cut from 20 oz., 22 gauge copper bought directly from Paul Revere Copper Co., and we never use roofing copper that contains lead. Beginners can learn on it, and experienced hands can run it as a dedicated spirit still.
What's the advantage of a quick-clamp cap on a 10 gallon still?
A 10 gallon pot holds a lot of wash. The 4 inch quick-clamp opening makes it much easier to fill, inspect and scrub, so you can get from one run to the next faster.
- Electric option: 110 volt electric heat can be added. Just ask us.
- Thumper: a chamber in line with the pot where you can test how added ingredients change the vapor.
- Worm: a copper coil condenser that turns vapor back into liquid as cool water flows around it.
- Heavy gauge: 20 oz. copper holds up to the weight of a full pot, run after run.
