Stills can be dangerous so you need to protect yourself by buying a well built still. There are a lot of copycats of my stills out there but none even come close. Compare my stills to the other Manufacturers: I will be in business years from now... Will they be in business tomorrow? Eventually most will fail by selling inferior products. Ask them if they use 20 oz. Copper manufactured by Paul Revere Copper Company™, the world's premier maker of food grade copper. Do they offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee including Shipping? I do. Ask them about their still making experience. My family has been building quality stills for generations. "TRIED AND TRUE"!

Good to know
Moving from hobby to licensed craft production is a big step, and a 100 gallon copper micro distillery still is often where it begins. This commercial kit is built from 20 oz. copper from Paul Revere Copper Company™, a maker of food grade copper. The design is the intellectual property of Steven L.L.C.
Is a 100 gallon copper micro distillery still the right size to start?
For many small distilleries, 100 gallons is a workable size: big enough for meaningful batches, yet small enough for a lean crew to run. Before you start commercial production, you'll need federal TTB permits in place, along with any state and local approvals.
- Built by a still-making family: Generations of experience go into every still we build. Tried and true.
- Repeatable process: At commercial scale, consistency is everything. Record temperatures, timings and cut points on every run to build your house recipe.
- Plan the space: Leave room for the still, a cooling water supply and safe access for cleaning and maintenance.
- Kit contents and heat source: Contact us for the full component list and heating options so you can plan your floor layout and utilities.
Every great craft spirit starts as an experiment: one wash, one set of cuts, one tasting at a time. A copper still lets you run those experiments at production scale. Stills can be dangerous, especially big ones, so buy one that's built well. Tell us about your distillery plans and we'll help you decide whether this kit is the right fit.
