Stills can be dangerous so you need to protect yourself by buying a well built still. There are a lot of copycats of my stills out there but none even come close. Compare my stills to the other Manufacturers: I will be in business years from now... Will they be in business tomorrow? Eventually most will fail by selling inferior products. Ask them if they use 20 oz. Copper manufactured by Paul Revere Copper Company™, the world's premier maker of food grade copper. Do they offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee including Shipping? I do. Ask them about their still making experience. My family has been building quality stills for generations. "TRIED AND TRUE"!

These stills are questionable at best. If they say they can deliver your custom still in 2 or 3 days, don’t believe it. My stills are more affordable although they are built better than ANY still available. Don't live a lifetime of regret by buying a cheap still. Ask them if they offer phone and email support... I do! Super Heavy Duty Propane Burner Produces 220,000 BTU! More than enough heat to fire our 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 Gallon Moonshine Stills. Super Accurate Adjustment Dial Makes for Precise Temperature Adjustments. Super reinforced to handle the weight of your still with a full load of mash. Good to know

When the pot is big and the batch is serious, a 220,000 BTU propane gas burner gives your moonshine still the power to keep up. This super heavy duty burner is built for distillers who need real heat available whenever they want it.

Is a 220,000 BTU burner too much for a still?

High output is about headroom, not running wide open. Plenty of power means a faster heat-up on a large charge, and once the vapor starts moving you throttle way back. Control is the skill; the burner just makes sure you never run short.

Our family has built stills for generations, and the oldest lesson is the simplest: a well-built rig is a safer rig. Run high-output propane outdoors or with strong ventilation, leak-check every connection, and stay with the still for the whole run. Owning a still is legal in the US, but making spirits requires federal TTB permits. Distilled water, essential oils and fuel alcohol are all popular uses too.
